two days.

I've had the most ridiculous weekend. I don't know how to break it down. A guy retelling his story of drinking a woman's breast milk, falling over drunk and the verbal belligerent attacking females. Same guy also recounting how said woman's children were prostituted on Craig's List - they were three and seven years old. His bragging rights turned into a story of humiliation and sadness. Adam and I went home - and I guess I was just made at the male species the tears started and it ended up with Adam accidentally  defending himself by taking the TV remote to my eye. This morning I was up at 6:45 am for Wedding World. I spent the day getting hair and makeup done and wore two wedding dresses that were about 4 sizes too big. Whoops on getting stress skinny. To top it all of the Packers are going to the Super Bowl! Adam ordered me Aaron Rodgers red practice jersey - woo hoo! I hate the Packers colors, but have to support the team! I'm now watching the most depressing news story on CNN. It's called "Selling The Girl Next Door" - heart breaking. Proof that the story above is all too real for many girls.

Florsheim Shoes {closed}

Thank you to all that entered and congrats to EMMA for winning!  xo You know when you first meet a handsome boy, in my case it was a bar, and everything about him is near perfect. His chiseled features, dark shiny hair, and stunning light blue eyes. Then you look down, and gasp, he's wearing sneakers. Not your run of the mill, fashion forward footwear, but we are talking Nike, Adidas, etc. running shoes. He's wearing them in a bar, with jeans, and a polo. If you're anything like me, the only times tennis shoes are acceptable are on the elliptical machine or running a half marathon. This boy turned out to be the love of my life, and with little resistance I was able to turn him into my fashionable sidekick. With a little help from  Florsheim  you can take your Valentine from sorry to sexy with a pair of shoes courtesy of this luxury brand. I've put together some inspirational looks for you. Just remember, you may not able to c...

Zo chic.

caged in.

If you follow me on Instagram  you've seen these flats pop up numerous times. I own them in nude and red, and to be 100% transparent just purchased a replacement nude pair. While they aren't the gorgeous $900 Valentino Rockstud Cage Flats , I could care less, I bought them because I LOVE the style. I wish I could make myself spend $900 on shoes; however, at this point traveling, decorating my new home and investing in my future are more important. I can't have it all! Those of you with Rockstuds : Yes, I'm jealous. If you'd like the link to these shoes, they are so comfy, follow me on Instagram and send me a direct message -  @McKerihan . Please note: I know there are many that have very strong opinions about knockoffs. These shoes do not bare the Valentino tag, nor do they replicate the exact design. They are simply 'inspired by'. If you're wearing anything from Forever 21, Old Navy, Gap, even lower priced brands from Nordstrom chances are your...
