{black&white} valentino turns 50.

{molly's mad about it) high-low skirts

How I wore my high-low skirt! Ignore the Blue Moon in hand :) and 'devil' eyes!   One of my newest obsessions, and spring trends, is high-low skirts. I wanted to test out the trend with one that wouldn't break the bank, so I grabbed this  Lauren Conrad Collection  skirt from Kohl's (it was on sale for $32)! I sported it on Friday out with Friends wearing my  Steven Pembrook Booties , a  black silk tank (similar to this Kain one) , an h&m jacket I picked up in Germany, and a j.crew studded black belt I wore backwards( similar )!

{posh product} om she golden body.

My new favorite  Sunless Tanning  by  Om She Australia  product. I bought  it on a whim and am so happy with the results I got! It gives you an instant bronzed effect, but in 3-4 develops into the perfect golden tan - my legs haven't looked that good in a while! It retails for  $16.95  and it doesn't take globs to do the trick, so I have a feeling it will last a long time! No streaks. No monkey business. No orange (the most important - no Snooki here)!  The perfect product to progress away from that winter pale!

{graduation style} for sarah!

My beautiful cousin Sarah is graduating college in May (so proud)! She asked me to find her wedges: tan, preferably cork or solid, and under 4 inches. These are my picks for her! My favorite - the top left (one) or the bottom right (six) - they are both so ladylike, and would even work really well for job interviews! Top Row:  One.   Two.   Three. Bottom Row:  Four.  Five . Six. I couldn't resist another pair by Tory Burch, my aunt Sally (Sarah's mom) was the first person I ever saw wearing Tory Burch flats! Perfect for a summer graduation don't you think?  Tory Burch "Amanda" Demi Wedge.

{about face} eyelash extensions.

Before (ew.) After After - WOW!!!!  I had the most wonderful experience at  About Face . I decided to treat myself to get  lash extensions!  Holly, did such a wonderful job! I was amazed at my after picture - I mean in the ariel shot - how long do they look? I've only ever really loved  Xtreme Lashes  (love love love my ladies there), but was surprised to find I liked the Babe brand just as much!  A little bit about,  About Face  carries a variety of my favorite products: Nars (I picked up that famous blogger red "Heat Wave"). They also have Stila, Bare Minerals, Smashbox, and every other brand you could or would possibly want to wear on your face!  Their  new RAC location boasts a ton of new services: waxing, shellac and minx manis, and of course my new favorite  Babe Eyelash Extensions!  This month the special is a full set for $100, and I'm totally obsessed - and I adore Holly. {star style} miranda kerr.

Miranda Kerr is one of those models that really can't style herself wrong in my book. She looks so chic in these pictures  via.  Some of the pieces that stand out: the aviators, the luxe bag, the cute but practical booties, and that coat (oh that coat). Does anyone know where her blouse/coat is from? I adore it!

{hot nerds} we exist.

I wouldn't like to say my friends are nerdy. We all actually pretty, smart and well versed girls. We work at investment banking firms, very popular celebrity gossip sites, and marketing agencies. However, if you put Twilight or The Hunger Games in from of us we turn to mush. Example A:  http://www.hungernames.com/ Example B: Example C:

BB Creams {what to know}.

BB Creams seems to be all of the rage. I first read about them on my 9 hour flight home from Germany in Marie Claire . What are they? Who makes them? Well hopefully I can break it down for you, with the help if Wikipedia! "BB creams come in a variety of different formulations and qualities mainly perceived as being anti-inflammatory, regenerative and having a soothing effect. Some are said to have skin whitening or brightening properties. Others are said to be anti-acne or anti-wrinkle, some are intended to even out skin tone, and yet others to lighten blemish scars. BB creams are sometimes used like a  primer  under  foundation , and if tinted may supposedly replace foundation and some newer ones are advertised as having functions of primer, foundation, moisturizer, sun block, pore minimization and skin refining together, making them an economic skin care solution." I love the idea of this! Especially skin  brightening , I'm not so sure about whitening, even though

frankfurt.berlin.munich.

Adam and I had the most wonderful time in Germany! Most people ask, why Germany? Well...why not? Adam's beautiful cousin Megan lives there with her wonderful boyfriend Alfred. They have the most amazing apartment and were a the best hosts! I'm craving Meg's Nutella Croissants - mouth watering I tell you.  I'm 50% German, so it was a treat to explore my cultural background. I found Berlin to be dizzying with inspiration - Adam and I have developed quite an affection for street art and loved all of the beautiful graffiti. Fussen, is the photo you see in the bottom left corner. We toured Crazy King Ludwig's castle - quite a site. Appart from drinking beer, applewein, and eating lots of croissants, we did a lot of sight seeing, and watching of YouTube videos - Sophia Grace and Rosie! I did a ton of shopping, with Zara, Mango, Karsdart, beautiful boutiques, and millions of H &M's at my fingertips it was hard to say no to anything! I got some wonderful pie
