His chiseled features, dark shiny hair, and stunning light blue eyes. Then you look down, and gasp, he's wearing sneakers. Not your run of the mill, fashion forward footwear, but we are talking Nike, Adidas, etc. running shoes. He's wearing them in a bar, with jeans, and a polo. If you're anything like me, the only times tennis shoes are acceptable are on the elliptical machine or running a half marathon. This boy turned out to be the love of my life, and with little resistance I was able to turn him into my fashionable sidekick. I think this leading lady on the runway, Crystal Renn, is one of the most stunning women ever. At any size - she looks exquisite. Yet it baffles me why the news is still harping on her about her weight. She has a bad breakup, she went hiking with her mom, she embraced a healthy lifestyle, and enjoys working out. Not everything has to be a tragic woe is me story, and I look up to Crystal for eloquently defending her demeanor. Not sure why you would spend loads of dough for a trendy item when there are perfect pieces under your finger tips for next to nothing. If you end up wearing this skirt to death, then go ahead and rack up a purchase thats a little more spendy, but for now I'll be buying a few of these. I took a cue from one of my favorite style icons,  Olivia Palermo , and put together a palette of my favorite  neutral bottoms. From skinnies, to shorts, and skirts I've got you covered. How amazing is that feather skirt? I don't intend for you to purchase these items verbatim, but use it as a starting point when planning out your Spring purchases. As you know, neon is a huge trend in the upcoming season. Pair your electric colors with these not-so-basic neutrals for a look that is chic, but not trying to hard. If you have any pieces like this in your closet, start wearing them now - shorts with tights looks adorable! I've yet to break out my leather leggings this Winter and I am regretting it big time!
