Shoshanna goes to San Diego.

So excited for Cori's wedding. The dress I ordered for the ceremony is perfection. Beachy, yet classic, and the silhouette is one that is really flattering on my body type. I've always found a ruched bodice shows off my shoulders, the short hem my thin legs, and the top detracts from my bust. I love that Shoshanna has always made dresses that are figure flattering for all body types.


Instead of gladiator-ish heels, I'll style with simple nude pumps - or wedges. I'm debating whether to go with a chunky necklace or statement earrings. This dress will look dreamy with gold (or maybe turquoise for a great summer look). 

Purple Rain Dress

I chose this dress for the rehearsal dinner. It's going to be casual, but I wanted something margarita friendly and simple style wise. I love the cutouts on the shoulder, I've been seeing them everywhere this season! To dress it up I might add a thing black J.crew belt and low wedged Kelsi Dagger Sandals. This style calls for wavy hair and braided bangs. 

I totally tend to over think my outfits for big events. I want to look and feel my best - so shoot me any suggestions you might have! Metallic sandals? Hair in a top knot? Over-sized earrings? What color should my nail polish be!!!!!? So many details.
