So Geri Hirsch is obviously my favorite fashion blogger. She is the star voice behind http://becauseimaddicted.net/ - and is literally blowing up the internet with appearances, hosting gigs and endorsements. During the opening commercial break of the Oscars you couldn't miss her in this JC Penny commercial. JC Penny also kept up a strong branding campaign throughout - they definitely did not want you to forget them (and I sure didn't). Whatever JC Penny is doing is working (even thought they were apparently just busted for misuse of SEO - ouch) they are using "People Style Watch" and have great on trend styles in the store. How amazing is Geri's dress? I stopped into JC Penny last night to have a look for myself. I constantly find myself drawn towards my statement necklaces from their - I'll update you later on my finds I found yesterday!

Florsheim Shoes {closed}

Thank you to all that entered and congrats to EMMA for winning!  xo You know when you first meet a handsome boy, in my case it was a bar, and everything about him is near perfect. His chiseled features, dark shiny hair, and stunning light blue eyes. Then you look down, and gasp, he's wearing sneakers. Not your run of the mill, fashion forward footwear, but we are talking Nike, Adidas, etc. running shoes. He's wearing them in a bar, with jeans, and a polo. If you're anything like me, the only times tennis shoes are acceptable are on the elliptical machine or running a half marathon. This boy turned out to be the love of my life, and with little resistance I was able to turn him into my fashionable sidekick.
