mGa: Getting Beautiful


We did it! 5.10.2014 came and went. It was the most magical, perfect, beautiful day of my life. I've been getting a lot of questions about what my day was like, who my vendors were and what were my favorite parts of the day. I don't want to overload you with details, so once a week {or let's be honest, when life allows - we close on the house we built next week!} I'll be posting about our wedding! 

First up: Getting Beautiful.

I knew that hair and makeup were going to be a huge part of my big day. I needed to feel beautiful and confident. I wanted to look like me, just a better version. I partnered with Gina and Maggie of Wide Eyed Beauty, they are both Ford makeup artists,to make my hair and makeup dreams come true. They 500% exceeded my expectations.

-MAC Pearl Cream Colour Base as a highlighter {the best highlighter because there isn't any pink or orange in it like the majority of other brands' highlighters}

-NARS Sweet Revenge Lip Gloss



I have started wearing the Dervish and Sweet Revenge combo on a daily basis. The lip pencil acts as a stain. It's feminine, beautiful and perfect for work!
