wedding wonders: beauty edition

It's getting closer and more real by the day. I believe we are going on 271 days. To the average person 271 is nearly a year, to a bride it's time to get  **** done. My wedding dress finally came in and I love it even more than I did when I first picked it out. I've been working my tush off: yoga, Pilates, and barre classes since the end of June {drum roll} I lost over 3.5 inches in my waist. I loved the way I looked in my dress and I think it will just get better and better as I workout and live the healthy lifestyle I've committed myself to {not giving up the wine}. Some of the most important pieces of our wedding have fallen into place: we have an amazing DJ - I want my friends to remember this epic dance party for the rest of their lives, I hired The Eventful Life for decor and coordination, I went to highs school with Jess and I know their vision will be beautiful. I'm so excited for our fantastic photographer, and I can't wait to work with The Beauty Department for hair and makeup.

Maggie and Gina are literally a godsend, and I couldn't be more thankful that they are willing to paint this mug of mine on my big day! I'm having a really hard time finding a look that is completely "Molly" for my wedding day. I don't want to look too natural or too made up. I know I want my cheeks to be rosy, my skin to be flawless {I'm doing airbrush}, and for my eyes to sparkle. I'm told I look like Lindsay Price a lot, so I thought I would use some of her looks for inspiration. I am flattered people think I look like her and thought taking some cues from her would be worthwhile. I don't see myself wearing a red lip, but I do see myself with a natural pink lip, long {super long} lashes, a bronze glow, and a natural smokey {but not too smokey} eye. I want to look romantic, glamorous, and beautiful. Most importantly - I want to look like myself - just the supermodel version!

Florsheim Shoes {closed}

Thank you to all that entered and congrats to EMMA for winning!  xo You know when you first meet a handsome boy, in my case it was a bar, and everything about him is near perfect. His chiseled features, dark shiny hair, and stunning light blue eyes. Then you look down, and gasp, he's wearing sneakers. Not your run of the mill, fashion forward footwear, but we are talking Nike, Adidas, etc. running shoes. He's wearing them in a bar, with jeans, and a polo. If you're anything like me, the only times tennis shoes are acceptable are on the elliptical machine or running a half marathon. This boy turned out to be the love of my life, and with little resistance I was able to turn him into my fashionable sidekick. With a little help from  Florsheim  you can take your Valentine from sorry to sexy with a pair of shoes courtesy of this luxury brand. I've put together some inspirational looks for you. Just remember, you may not able to c...

Zo chic.

caged in.

If you follow me on Instagram  you've seen these flats pop up numerous times. I own them in nude and red, and to be 100% transparent just purchased a replacement nude pair. While they aren't the gorgeous $900 Valentino Rockstud Cage Flats , I could care less, I bought them because I LOVE the style. I wish I could make myself spend $900 on shoes; however, at this point traveling, decorating my new home and investing in my future are more important. I can't have it all! Those of you with Rockstuds : Yes, I'm jealous. If you'd like the link to these shoes, they are so comfy, follow me on Instagram and send me a direct message -  @McKerihan . Please note: I know there are many that have very strong opinions about knockoffs. These shoes do not bare the Valentino tag, nor do they replicate the exact design. They are simply 'inspired by'. If you're wearing anything from Forever 21, Old Navy, Gap, even lower priced brands from Nordstrom chances are your...
