Royal Jelly
A whitish, creamy substance produced by worker bees to nourish their queen bee. It consists of an emulsion of proteins, sugars and lipids in a water base. It contains vitamins A, B-Complex, C, D and E. It is particularly useful for its B-Complex contents, including thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), pyridoxine (B6), B12, niacine, biotin, folic acid and inositol.
