FIRST LOOK: Rachel Zoe ‘Dies’ And Goes To Fashion Heaven

Super-stylist and reality star Rachel Zoe might be used to dressing her star clients in coveted designers like Marc Jacobs and Michael Kors, but it’s not everyday that even this style icon gets to pose alongside them. But that’s exactly what she did in a stunning spread for the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar, which cast Zoe in a series of shots with some seriously sought-after American designers. Fusing fashion and fantasy, the cleverly conceived images depict what would actually happen if the stylist to the stars really did ‘die’ for fashion–with the designers themselves going in for the kill! Photographed by Douglas Friedman, some of the not-to-miss images include an impeccably dressed Michael Kors digging Rachel’s fashionable grave, with the perfect accessories to murder–drool-worthy high heels and handbags!–as well as a venomous and elegant Vera Wang, who tells the magazine: “I only want to kill Rachel when I don’t land one of her fabulous clients for the Oscars!” Check out more to-die-for photos below or go to harpersbazaar.com for the entire story. – Gillian Koenig

If you follow me on Instagram  you've seen these flats pop up numerous times. I own them in nude and red, and to be 100% transparent just purchased a replacement nude pair. While they aren't the gorgeous $900 Valentino Rockstud Cage Flats , I could care less, I bought them because I LOVE the style. I wish I could make myself spend $900 on shoes; however, at this point traveling, decorating my new home and investing in my future are more important. I can't have it all!
