luxe-less better leather.

I'm always up for a great deal. I'm not willing to shell out the money for a leather jacket. I know that having luxurious supple leather would be amazing, but I don't think it would be a wardrobe staple for me. If I'm going to buy something trendy I usually buy an inexpensive version piece to see how much wear I get out of it. I remember my friend Carole telling me she was going to do this when skinny jeans were becoming style staples. Last year in Chicago I purchased a faux leather jacket with lots of gold metal detailing - think zippers and snaps. I love it, but I really only wear it when I want to feel a little badass. The above example is a great way to go. Stephanie Pratt makes this XOXO, pleather, jacket for $41.40 look luxe!
